Life coaching is a relationship and partnership focused on change.  Coaching is a process that discovers your talents and gifts, identifies dreams or goals, and develops a plan that will assist you to move forward towards your best life. The intent of life coaching is to shed light where light is needed and help you get where you want to be. With a life coach, you are not alone on your journey.

  • Coaching occurs within a friendly, powerful, confidential conversation.  
  • Each session will vary dependent upon the goals and needs of the client.
  • Coaching is not counseling, therapy, or mentoring.
  • Coaching is designed around the goals of the client.
  • Typically, coaching is done by phone or video conference, so it is geographically accessible, and convenient.
  • Coaching includes pre-determined timed sessions (15 – 60 minutes) and time period.  This could include email support.
  • Coaches don’t provide answers for clients, but are trained experts in the area of change.
  • There may be homework assignments for the client after the session to direct progress.
